Muncie Primary Care is a trusted adult internal medicine practice with four physicians, three nurse practitioners, an on-site lab, and a compassionate team of 30 nurses and staff dedicated to caring for patients through every stage of adulthood. Since 1981, we have proudly served East Central Indiana with personalized preventive care and chronic disease management. We are currently welcoming new patients.

Description

Dr. Zemtsov is the owner and founder of University Dermatology Center. He has served the Muncie community for over 25 years. Dr. Zemtsov has worked hard to grow UDC to include the most comprehensive services to serve Muncie and surrounding communities. UDC offers a wide variety of skin cancer treatments such as Superficial Radiation Therapy and MOHs surgery. He has added a variety of cosmetic services to compliment our medical treatments.
