Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly expanding late-night bakery concept with offices in both New York and Philadelphia. Founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania by then-student Seth Berkowitz, Insomnia Cookies has been feeding the insatiable hunger of its fans ever since.

Since 2014 Sea Salt & Cinnamon has provided Muncie, and the surrounding areas, with tasty treats and savory eats that are free of animal products. Helping people celebrate, whether they live a vegan lifestyle, have an allergy or are just trying to do their part to help the environment, is our favorite thing to do! Our mission is to invite others into compassion for others, themselves, and the animals we share this planet with.
